Ritambhara Sahni’s Review – An Overenthusiastic Student, all the way from Vapi has joint our class and travels every weekend to learn this beautiful dance art from us. She is full of dreams and Ritambhara Sahni loves her and wants to fulfill each and every dream of hers. She wishes to start belly dancing in her own city and create a career for herself in this beautiful dance art and we are going to help her to do so. This is what she wrote to us and its beautiful. Ritambhara Sahni -You beauty

Perhaps, Ritambhara Sahni could have happened to me much earlier in my life, then it would have been something else… Though it has changed me in many ways… And am very much grateful to Belly dance institute Mumbai and Ritambhara Sahni being so patient and kind with me…

I just love dancing, no matter which form it is, but never in my life had I thought about being a belly dancer or putting myself into such dance form…

I never dreamt of becoming a belly dancer… I dreamt of just be a “Performer”… It’s more important for me to be a performer in life and learn every aspect of life through it… And personally I believe through dance you can learn being yourself, if you are lost, you can find yourself at the best place you ever will be at and it can all happen only if you choose to be a “Performer”…

Belly dance classes in Mumbai by Ritambhara Sahni just added the fragrance in my life… I feel more relax, I feel more responsible towards life… It taught me ‘even the hardest step in the life can be performed if you gave all of yours into it’, It brought lot of stability in my life, though the steps of belly dance is all about remaining stable on your toes or at any hardest position you performing..

It all started from here… It was just a usual day like other days… I was surfing and got to find this shared video choreographed by her (Ritambhara Sahni) a “flash mob” in Mumbai and it was just amazing… I liked it so much that I went on to search more videos choreographed by her and ended up learning that she is running a belly dance institute in “Mumbai”… It gave me so much of happiness that am just couple of step away to put myself into her dance form and thereon I decided to call her up for registration… I was full of anxiety when I called her for the first time and mind you it is just for registration, the Phone rang “Tring tring” and she answered… On the first call Ritambhara Sahni answered herself and she comforted me so well that I believed that I’ll just not learn belly dancing from her, but will also learn the ethics of life…

First day in the class was quite awful for me… As I choked seeing people can be so good at it and I didn’t knew the “B” of Belly even… But She (Ritambhara) stood out for me since my first day… She taught me like am her own child… When I was failing on any step she was trying to teach, she would come close to me and hold my hand and make me follow her after her, just like a mother used to teach her child to walk by holding hands… Thereafter I started becoming more confident and putting all my hard work to learn the belly dance from Ritambhara Sahni…

Dance itself is life to me… And am very lucky that I have got full support from my family to wish to do whatever I want in my life … Am from the city of love – Vapi (Gujarat) not big in vicinity but city with big hearts and dreams…

Belly dance institute Mumbai and this dance form helped me growing as student, as listener, as learner and as a teacher too… As am on my way to open the small institute of belly dance in my town Vapi…this is my aim now

Where I will put all the things I learnt from Mentor Miss Ritambhara Sahni…
